NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS OPERATING ON THE LAREDO COMMUNITY COLLEGE CAMPUS

Laredo Community College, as an extension of its educational mission, provides facilities for various non-profit organizations on its historic Fort McIntosh campus. These organizations include:

• Avance
• Baptist Student Union
• Catholic Campus Ministry
• Hispanic Association of Colleges and Schools
• Laredo Children’s Museum
• Laredo Youth Soccer Association
• Literacy Volunteers of America
• Rio Grande International Study Center
• Rio Grande/Rio Bravo Basin Coalition
• South Texas Tech-Prep
• Texas A&M International University (Outreach Center)

 

The college also provides facilities for administration and instruction for the Texas State Technical College.

 

Agencies that own or operate their own facilities within the walls of the LCC campus include:

• The International Boundary and Water Commission
• Texas Army National Guard
• United States Border Patrol

 

In providing facilities for these organizations and agencies, the college expects these organizations to practice equitable, legal and ethical conduct when dealing with students and all citizens who visit the LCC campus.
